Infomercial superstar Billy Mays died suddenly at age 50.

Ali Velshi, sitting in for Rick Sanchez, interviewed A.J. Khubani, a TV marketing guru and close friend of Billy's. He says Mays, "had the right feel, had the right look, and appealed to the common man." It's a fond reflection from someone who genuinely liked Billy Mays and is sad that he's gone.

By the way, do you know WHY Mr. OxiClean shouted so much? Watch the interview and you'll find out.

This clip also includes the frantic 911 call Billy Mays' wife made when she found her husband unresponsive.

After you watch this clip, read this look back at Billy Mays' life and career.. It's called "When Billy Mays shouted it, people believed"

Please, mention additional highlights regarding news about Honduras coup. For example, tell the other side of the story. Earlier, the Government spoke-woman "specialized in Latin-america", seemed lost regarding the issues, CNN can help her with more than basic information. Chavez is pretty much related to the problem, in fact, he is directly intervening in the affairs. There are reports that Chavez donated the material for the In-constitutional referendum. Zelaya ordered the General to act in-constitutional against Congress and Supreme Court resolution. Not even his own party supported him. Chavez did send advisors and militia to assist Zelaya and in support of the in-constitutional actions. Chavez offered Army support
Now, Chavez is threatening to attack Honduras, start a war. There are more associations between these two governments, affecting the great influence of Chavez with Zelaya's action (specially the advisors)
If Chavez is not related to Honduras problems, or is not intervening, then, please find a name for it.
I am sorry for the poor job this government is doing regarding Latin-america, it has completely neglected it. It is not expected to directly intervene like other times, but it is best not to interfere, make it worst, or later "complaint". Or worse, forced to execute drastic actions when things get out of hands and affecting US directly.
The Coup was not executed correctly, but both sides of the history must be provided.

Rick,
The island of Bermuda will celebrate the life of Michael Jackson this evening on the grounds of the
Official residence of the Premier of Bermuda.
This should be a wonderful celebration with cards being signed and sent to his familt to show our
love and respect for this "genius" of music and love for humankind.
May he, Michael Jackson, rest in peace.

This rates ritght up there with the soldier wearing pink underwear. I first blamed Rick for such Fox News worthy segments, but now Ali? It MUST be the producer. Please, stop the trash news.

IM IN THE FUNERAL BUSSINESS, BUT WERE WILL MICHEAL'S BODY BE PUT TO REST AND WILL THEY BE ABLE TO KEEP THE BODY PRESERVED.

Walker Pauley   June 30th, 2009 5:07 pm ET

Enough with the crap about Michael Jackson. His overdose death is not worthy of five(5) continous days of coverage. The only other person, that I can rember, getting this much press at his death was John F. Kennedy. Lady Di didn't get this much coverage. There are a lot more important news stories than a "Freak, Pervert" dying.

howard   July 1st, 2009 4:32 am ET

I havn't checked to news in the last few minutes – is Michael Jackson still dead? I've heard rumors that Obama has resurected him.

shari   July 1st, 2009 3:16 pm ET

There are more important events going on in the world besides MJ. Report the news not the hype.

Maryna Molchanova   July 2nd, 2009 3:29 pm ET

You said guys they have over 100 hours of footage on that training, please discuss it with the right people if they can release it all, it's so important for his fans, all of the talking and goofing, that would make us all see how he really is and get to know him better. They can create 2 3 DVD's and it's gonna pay off all his debt and take care of his kids future. You guys know the people who are involved in that please raise the question, it is so impoortant!!!!

TimF   July 2nd, 2009 3:31 pm ET

Michael Jackson looks good in the video, but the chick wailing on the guitar looks better!

CJ   July 2nd, 2009 3:46 pm ET

Michael Jackson looks great, and I'm in my fifties and I do not move the way I did when I was in my thirties......................................I would like to know who went home with Michael on that last Wednesday of his life. How did he get this drug that someone thinks he injected or was injected with? Who in his circle of friends would have access to hospital medications?.....

thank you

Why don't you sycophants for Israel and U.S. foreign policy at CNN , EVER have serious debates or questions like is GAZA a prison controlled by Israel . CENSORED

Is the Federal Reserve ( which Wilson admitted ) is destroying the U.S.

Is the U.S. attacking Somalia ( story you're censoring ) creating more enemies , you know the bombing , the renditions aka kidnappings happening there too .

CNN won't even report or discuss why the Federal Reserve should be audited , not an issue , wHY ..CNN is the gatekeeper for the oligarchs .

Now go back to your hyping and milking Michael Jackson , since infotainment & diversions is your specialty !

Max Lussier   July 8th, 2009 3:54 pm ET

Please? the world knows MJ is gone. Its very sad to loose such an artist, but let it go will ya? I loved him too, but lets not beat it to death with more coverage...

Mrs. Mayes   July 9th, 2009 7:54 am ET

To all media you people should be a shame of the child abuse you all are doing to Michael Jackson Children. God showed the World the Greatest example of what True Love, Giving, Sharing and People Coming Together In Unity is at his Memorial. Michael Jackson's Daughter let the Whole World know who Her Daddy IS. You people keep saying you are concerned about His Children is the Biggest Lie ever told. You tried to destroy their father now you acting just like Satan and trying to destroy his children. You all should be put in jail for child abuse. America Media you all look like Vultures preying on these children just for high ratings and the love of money (the root of
all evil. All of you are going to be sorry you didn't get what God was showing us at Mr. Michael Jackson Memorial. How could you broadcast anything about who their daddy is and what he looked like under his clothes and you do not know if that stuff is true. Even if it was true you had no right to talk about that. How ever Mr. Jackson looked under his clothes was his own private business and his Medical History Is his own private business. God has given Mr. Michael Jackson His Glory and You Never will be able to take that away or tarnish it. Jesus is coming back again and you all need to get to know him so you will know the true meaning of Love. Stop Child Abusing his Children if you do not God is going to Judge You!

Hey Rick dont you know...one woman is NOT enough for a man...they are always looking..of course there are always exceptions to every rule but I was a psychologist for years one woman is not enough men will forever look... :)

Laurie   July 16th, 2009 3:48 pm ET

Rick: Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you for your comments about why your mom does not speak english. Why can't people understand that some lives are not like others!!! We are not all gifted with wealth, wealthy parents, the "right" skin color, etc. Thank you for taking time to present your side. I can relate 100%. Laurie

Rakesh Raveendran   July 16th, 2009 3:49 pm ET

Rick – your views in CNN today reg. wise hispanic women is partisan and appalling. You are using a media like CNN to project and display your personal views that could alienate some section of the people. I would expect CNN to maintain honesty, neutrality and be unbiased in political comments.

Michael A. Martinez   July 16th, 2009 3:49 pm ET

Hey Rick Ijust heard your speech you gave and it was very inspiring esspecially to me a single parent who is still attending school and not only that I also have the type of parents that you described the hard working Mexican American who hasn't much materialisticly wise but they can say they still have everything they need in this world. Thank you for those few words and keep up the good work

Adios!

Herschel McMillan   July 16th, 2009 3:50 pm ET

Rick, you gave a lot of excuses as to why your mother doesn't speak English but no reasons. She just did not want to turn the old home land loose, and hung onto the language. Yes she may have helped you but that does not keep her from leaning the language and becoming a very beautiful legal immigrant of the this land.

Robert Sallavanti   July 16th, 2009 3:51 pm ET

Brava for Mrs. Sanchez! We grew up with grandparents who knew no English and used only Italian. And they came to the US a century ago so that my generation and those of my kids and grandkids could get educated and thrive. And they were correct. Their native language in daily use served to merely enrich us. Dr. Robert Sallavanti, Dalton, Pa

Connie Nelson   July 16th, 2009 3:52 pm ET

As a mother myself, I can honestly say, You did your mama proud today! Not only by what you said or did, but how you said and did it. We all are all from immigrants and need to remember, that we are proud – they made us who we are today! God Bless you and your family!

tanya Rhea   July 16th, 2009 4:00 pm ET

Latina wise, yes we are!!!!! I'm a single mother of 2 boys, working as a server in a restaurant, willing to sacrifice everything for them, and they are going to succeed, like you Rick, I'm proud of having a wise latina as a Supreme Court Judge

Shizuko   July 16th, 2009 4:28 pm ET

That Supreme Court nominee is not qualified.. Why? She don't like white men, which includes my Spanish husband,....Once upon a time in California there was an Attorney General by the name of Earl Warren. He relished in rounding up American-Japanese, taking their property, money and anything else they owned- all in the name of "national security"...Later this (in my opinion) racist attorney general was appointed to the supreme court where he granted dreamed up legal rights to criminals and other ballast people.... Was it guilt for what he had helped do to decent hardworking J/A.?sThis very real history lesson should be learned by all....There are people who do not belong on the supreme court, let alone a federal court. This "wise japanese asian american woman"- says this latino woman is what she says she is; A thinker in terms of race....Shame on the congress if they approve her..

Nathaniel Reid   July 16th, 2009 5:13 pm ET

Hi Rick

I appreciate the comments on the "wise litino women" aired recently, and would like to say the America is truly a melting pot of many nationalities which forms the basis of a true United States of America. We all should take stock in the good of all americans, irrespective of nationality, race, and or gender because all of us have something to contribute to the good of a nation. The Supreme Court nominee, Justice Sotomoyar, is immiently qualified to serve on the highest court of the land barring none. May God bless her, and her entire family during the confirmation process and beyond. Also, a mighty thank you for your work and that of your affiliates.

Nathaniel Reid, Macon, Georgia

Javier   July 17th, 2009 3:48 pm ET

Rick, Rick, que Verguenza, you bring Mr. Otto Reich to the program and then you go on to say, "Great point, Great point" to his assesment of Latin American affairs". I missed something there, oh yeah, the Hunduran poeple's version of events and real coverage from Hunduras, but I guess you are right, Mr. Otto and his clan bring a great point suggesting that it was not iligal to remove Zelaya, by the way, you forgot to mention that the entire world including the United States goverment is saying that Zelaya is the president of Hunduras, have you done your homework about Mr. Otto and his past involvement in Latin American countries? Are you aware of the consecuenses of his and his clanmen's actions?. Rick best of luck to you, I am sorry you did not considered the Latinos in the Latin American country before bringing Mr. Otto to spread his poison. I guess I know now where you stand.
