Nothing out of context here! Critics have been jumping on a quote from Judge Sotomayor's 2001 lecture given at a conference at the University of California at Berkeley. Here's the quote, "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."
