So Judge Sonia Sotomayor, President Obama's choice for the Supreme Court, has an association with the National Council of La Raza, one of the nation's largest Hispanic advocacy groups.

That's the same group former Republican congressman Tom Tancredo characterizes as being no different from the KKK. Yes, the KKK! He said that, live, to Rick Sanchez!

We invited the president of La Raza onto the show to answer that charge. We invited Tom Tancredo to appear at the same time.

Can you guess which one accepted that offer?

Watch this clip. You'll hear the message Tancredo sent Rick in response to that invitation. You'll see Janet Murguia defend and support her organization. Make up your OWN mind as to whether that group is, as Tom Tancredo puts it, "a Latino KKK without the hoods and/or the nooses".

A former U.S. congressman says La Raza is "nothing more than a Latino KKK without the hoods and nooses."

La Raza is a Hispanic advocacy organization. That former congressman is Colorado's Tom Tancredo.

Rick Sanchez had Tancredo on to talk about his position that Judge Sonia Sotomayor is a racist.

Watch this clip. Listen to Tancredo's points. Is he making a good argument? Is ANYONE a racist here?

Nothing out of context here!

Critics have been jumping on a quote from Judge Sotomayor's 2001 lecture given at a conference at the University of California at Berkeley.

Here's the quote, "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."

If you want to read the quote in context, you can read her ENTIRE speech right here: CLICK HERE.

Oil, meet water. Charlie Rose tried to mediate a discussion between two of the most diometrically-opposed political minds in the United States: A Bill Clinton administration insider, and a George W. Bush administration insider.

James Carville and Karl Rove have more than a slight difference of opinion. Watch this clip and see these two men get under each other's skin. Again. And again. And again...

This is Rick's full 15 minute interview with Mexico's former president. Now that he's out of office, Vicente Fox is refreshingly candid about NAFTA, cross-border immigration, and...what does he REALLY think about George W. Bush?

Occasionally, in this biz, we get to do something that cuts thru the bla, bla, bla. While I try everyday, some stories really matter and can change lives. The story of a dying Guatemalan 18 year old who many of you decided to help after seeing his story on our show, is one of them. His mom and dad will now be able to come and be by his side perhaps for one last time. This is the America we are. An update today at 3pm east.

Yesterday we told you about Juan Gonzalez. A dying boy who wanted to see his family again. You asked how you could help. Here's how, by mailing a donation to:

United Community Bank
Juan's Wish
P.O. Box 1327
Rome, Georgia, 30162-1327

Include account number 2060145279 and name Juan Oxlaj-Gonzales on the check or money order.

***Update***
The Guatamalan Embassy granted a temporary visa to Juan's parents. They spent the night in Guatamala City... They are flying to Atlanta today! A CNN viewer in Florida was so touched by the story - she single-handledly purchased the plane ticket.
