In regards to Obama's appointments–I think they're great! The change comes from Obama's vision as he said and the people he is putting in are experienced. It would be foolish if he decided to put people in there that didn't know anything. These people have been tested and served during in an administration that saw the greatest economic expansion on our U.S. history. I wonder why people keep forgetting that things were good during the Clinton years.

Rick, what a moron you are. Why would you take something out of content (GW Bush and the G20)? Any educated individual could see that your left wing drive-by media uses snapshots of things like this to promote your liberal agenda, and if your viewers are stupid enough to believe you than you deserve eachother. Why don't you report something more news worthy, like the threat of Bin Laden's #2 man against Obama and that he called him a "house negro" . Do I need to go to my European news sites to get accurate news for America?

houndog5 makes a good point. Media scrutiny oftem makes mountains out of molehills under the guise of "reporting." Would be nice of there was some intelligent consideration of what actually constitues news. For instance, do we need more evidence that world leaders have taken issue with U.S. foreign policy under Bush? It's not really a standalone issue at this point. The media at this point is just a firehouse that blasts people with information with just enough bias to perpetuate stereotypes and prejudices (left or right). But maybe that's all it's supposed to do. It just seems like there has to be more news than the 5 "topics of the day" that news source pummel us with. That would allow people to form more well rounded perspectives on world issues.

Unfortunately i have to agree with the fact that bush had already did the meet and greet with all these people, so he did not feel the need to shake hands again. I therefore think its a non-issue. I am afraid that the press are going to run with it though and have a field day assuming that all these leaders were snubbing him... having said that, his PR people should not have let it happen... then again, does it really matter? January 20th cannot get here fast enough.
The Mark Holic piece just made me cringe, and remind me that too much ignorance and stupidity is hidden under the guise of religion.

It is time for Deputy Dawg to pack up and get the hell out of Dodge. He and his cohorts have ruined this once great nation and God only knows what rules he is bending before the midnite hour tonite. I hope the American people never vote one like this in again or if they do I hope I am dead and gone.
